What would you change about yourself?

I would not be so quick to judge people and would keep my opinions to myself, even if they are negative. I’ve never been good at handling adversity, so if I could change that part, it would make a lot of things easier.


What’s the best thing that happened to you recently?

For a considerable of us, the response is easy: getting married. The next best thing to happen to me is that I have a new job, and I’m super excited about it!

It’s been a long process, but finally, I’ve landed where I’m meant to be. My goal is employment, and I can’t wait for what’s to come. I feel like this is just the beginning, and there are so many more exciting things in store for my life.


How do you live with your flaws?

All of us have flaws, some more than others. But how do you live with them? It can be hard to accept certain aspects of your personality or life because they don’t fit the way you want them to. And sometimes, even if you know that these things are okay, it’s still difficult not to feel bad about them.

But the fact is, no one is perfect, and it’s impossible to change everything about yourself. You might have a bad habit that makes you feel like crap every time you do it, and someone else might not have any such habits at all.


How do you learn from mistakes?

We all make missteps and want to go back and transform them. But that doesn’t signify we can go back in time. What should you do instead?

It could be something as simple as taking too long to respond to a request for an interview or a sales call.

If you’re unsure of what your mistakes are, look at your history of conversations with people. Are there patterns you can see? If so, what do they signal?

In order to make you the best person you can be, you have to know what you’re capable of. Know your own strengths, weaknesses and limits. Take a moment to reflect on what you want to change about yourself and what you want to accomplish in your life.
